PARTY PICS – $275
For active events where guests are dancing, playing, talking, and partying, Party Pics is part of the fun. The Party Pics photographer circulates the room capturing candids of couples and small groups. Guests are given a card with our website where they may view and purchase event photos online. Events may be password enabled at client’s request.

CANDID HOT PRINTS – $475
The photographer circulates the room capturing candids of couples and small groups. Photos are sent wirelessly and printed immediately to a high speed printer for on-site guest pick-up.
• One Photographer and On-Site Candid Prints for two hours
• Single 4×6 print per candid
• Disc of all images
• Free web gallery
• Client logo or event graphic with overlay title may be included on photos
• Each additional hour – $75
• Idle hour -$25
• Upgrade to larger 5×7 prints – $150
• Add premium folders embossed with client’s logo stamped in gold or silver foil – $175 per 100
PHOTO BOOTH – $600
Our enclosed photo booth adds loads of fun to any event and is easy to operate. Pick a prop, have a seat or stand up. Choose color or black and white, and you are ready! See yourself live on the screen so you can make sure you’re in the frame. Touch the red start button on the screen and watch for the countdown. There is even a reminder to look into the camera right before the shot is taken. After each shot, the screen shows a quick preview of the picture just taken. Each photo booth session takes four pictures with plenty of time in between to change your pose. In about 30 seconds all four pictures print out on double 2×6 strips for your guests to keep.

TRADITIONAL PORTRAITS WITH ON-SITE PRINTING – $650
Package includes a team composed of one photographer and one print technician for two hour period with client choice of traditional or greenscreen backdrop and studio lights, professional quality photo printers and supplies. Posed pictures taken on request. Finished prints in attractive folder laid out on table for guest pick up.

OFF-LINE CANDID EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY AND A DISC – $495
This is for when you want a photographer at your event but you don’t want us to pass out website cards to attendees and you don’t want us to post the images on our website.
• One photographer with professional camera and flash for two hour period
• Each additional hour – $50
• Record names for social media and print media captioning – $75
• Disc of high-resolution digital jpeg images captured at event
• Non-exclusive, non-transferable license for event related promotion and public relations
• Authorization to have prints made by third-party lab
Baldwin Photography recognizes that all groups are different. We can work together to custom tailor any of the above services and photography packages to meet client’s needs. Just fill me in on the details and I can work up a proposal and quote.
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to hold the date on our calendar. Balance due will be collected on date of event. Applicable delivery charges and sales tax will be added to above rates.
